Consistent use of name[edit]
It's not clear what the naming convention should be. Many sources refer to him as Clams Casino, Clams, or just Volpe. The convention on Wikipedia is to use the full name once and then the last name for subsequent usage, however, it may be an exception to use Clams or Volpe, I don't know.
