Hobart, Tasmania
A panoramic view of Hobart, the largest city and capital of the Australian island state of Tasmania. It is Australia's second oldest state capital, after Sydney. Founded as a penal colony in 1803 on the eastern side of the River Derwent, it was moved in 1804 to its present location at Sullivans Cove. Hobart incorporated on 21 August 1842.Photo: Flying Freddy
